Stay Warm This Winter With Layer Clothing

The most important rule of layering for cold weather is to start with the thinnest winter clothes   and work your way to the thickest. Think of the first layer as your base, and it should always be fitted to the body, like a snug-fitting, long-sleeved top, and, depending on how cold it is, maybe even leggings. Layers: The most important advice, even if you ignore everything else on this page, is to dress in layers. Layers inherently cross off most of the other items on this list. Three layers will keep you warm:-  Base Layer: Polyester, silk or some other material with the ability to wick sweat away from your skin. Just don’t use a cotton shirt as your base layer. It will absorb the moisture fine, but it won’t evaporate. Mid Layer: Most people think that you need to wear a huge parka to stay warm. But the key is actually to layer for breathability.
